LA-PRI Community Coordinator - Jefferson Parish
Independent Contractor - 2 year Contract

United Way of Southeast Louisiana, in partnership with the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, is seeking an Independent Contractor to serve as Community Coordinator for the Jefferson Parish Louisiana Prisoner Reentry Initiative. The scope of work requires experience in Community Convening and Community Organizing and requires a high skill level in communications, brokering, coordinating and systems building. In addition, the ideal candidate will reside in Jefferson Parish as an active member of the community. This is a contract position, funded at $40,000 per year for two years and does not include fringe benefits of any type, office space, or equipment.
