20 Years Since Katrina:

Serving Together for a Stronger Southeast Louisiana

K20 Day of Impact

Our partners and community members joined together to honor the 20th anniversary of
Hurricane Katrina with a Day of Service at locations across Southeast Louisiana on Saturday, Aug. 23.

New Orleans East

Revitalized outdoor spaces, supported youth, and honored the city’s resilience in partnership with Enterprise Mobility at the Youth Empowerment Project.

Jefferson Parish

Supported healthy communities at The Harvest to Health Farm with the Agri-Aquaculture Center of Excellence.

St. Bernard Parish

Distributed free disaster preparedness kits to help families get ready for hurricane season.

Plaquemines Parish

Partnered with YMCA Buras to distribute disaster kits and provide utility bill assistance to residents.

We don’t know when we’ll face the next storm, but we do know that United is the Way to ensure every family, everywhere, is prepared for whatever the future may bring.

Your community needs your support.
