Overview

Using direct representation and advocacy, we fight to keep children out of the legal system so that they can thrive in their homes and communities. We believe kids should be treated as kids and supported in becoming healthy adults.

It's #GivingTuesday! And for today only, we have a very special opportunity. Our board of directors has generously pledged to TRIPLE MATCH all gifts made online to LCCR. That's right! Give today and TRIPLE the impact of your support!

More About Us

Each year, we serve approximately 50 boys and girls across our three Family Homes in New Orleans. Youth ages 12-17, who cannot live with their own family, live with a married couple, called Family Teachers, who work around the clock to provide a stable, loving home. Youth learn social and independent-living skills that help them find success in school and in their community as young adults. We have also recently launched our Successful Futures Program, to connect fundamental life skills, workforce development, and career readiness to Boys Town youth aging out of the system and to young parents in our Early Head Start program. Help us provide youth with a bright future!
