This position will work closely with the Sr. VP of Financial Capability to develop administrative structures, policies and procedures for the initiative and will develop entrepreneurship education programs, resources, and support services for clients. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Urban Planning, Economics, Public Policy or Business Administration with 3 years of experience in planning, policy or economic development. RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

This position is responsible for Relationship Management, Strategy Development and Implementation, Volunteer Recruitment and Development, Communications, Community Leadership and Campaign Goal Achievement.
