COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS ACTION PLAN
The Community Solutions Action Plan was developed in 2016 and 2017 with the engagement of more than 70 people representing 50 organizational and individual partners in a format used by hundreds of communities across the United States that have come together to improve third grade reading in their local communities. This plan outlines the challenges, goals, strategies, and long-term plans for the New Orleans Campaign for Grade-Level Reading and is reviewed annually.
The campaign aims to make grade-level reading proficiency for all children by the end of third grade a national priority.
Ensuring children and youth have access to high-quality summer learning experiences to help them succeed in college, career and life.
