Chief Human Resource Officer
Carol Gstohl has devoted over 30 years of service to the United Way of Southeast Louisiana. She began her career in 1993 in the Finance department, then transitioned to Human Resources in 2003. Carol holds the Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI, as well as the Society for Human Resources Certified Professional designation. She is responsible for overseeing organizational and staff compliance with employment law, as well as managing all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to compensation and benefit policies, recruitment and retention, and health and safety procedures.
