In Memory: C. Allen Favrot

Mr. C. Allen Favrot dedicated sixty-five years of service to United Way of Southeast Louisiana with a commitment to growing United Way’s capacity to improve lives and make a lasting difference in our community.

He led the first annual effort to break the $10,000,000 threshold as the 1981 Fundraising Campaign Chair, served as Board Chair in 1984, and founded our region’s highly-respected Alexis de Tocqueville Society to expand high-level giving focused on our community’s most critical issues.

During his time with United Way, Mr. Favrot was responsible for raising tens of millions of dollars to support our community impact work.

We are forever grateful for his service to United Way and our community.

Thank you for considering a gift in his memory. Your contribution will help his legacy live on throughout Southeast Louisiana for years to come.
