Utility Assistance Program Powered by Entergy for St. John Residents

Status message

Applications are now closed for Entergy bill payment assistance through St. John United Way residential customers. We received over 400 applications in over 6 hours since opening the program on 8/17 at 9 a.m.

The significant response is projected to exhaust the funds provided by Entergy Louisiana for our service area.

United Way’s team is working on reviewing applications and will contact applicants for additional information or to update their status of connection or account.
