Tocqueville Award Celebration to Honor Mary Keller Zervigon

Every year, United Way of Southeast Louisiana rolls out the red carpet to honor an outstanding philanthropist at the Alexis de Tocqueville Award Celebration

This year’s gala on November 1 recognizes philanthropist, public servant, and volunteer Mary Keller Zervigon. Mary’s long career of dedicated service to the improvement of the City of New Orleans exemplifies the spirit of what it means to Live United. Through her giving, advocacy, and volunteerism, Mary leads by example to create a better community for all.

“…United Way of Southeast Louisiana has been the great benefactor of all of her dedication as it relates to really wanting to explore how do you invest in community not-for-profit organizations that are doing really great work,” noted Charmaine Caccioppi, United Way of Southeast Louisiana Chief Operating Office, on a recent episode of LIVE UNITED Radio.

The event will also highlight the 5th anniversary of United Way’s Public Policy Committee and honor the 2018 Legislative Champions.
