NEW ORLEANS – Community leaders and representatives of the Orleans Parish Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRO) will gather on Tuesday to mark the second anniversary of the New Orleans East tornado and celebrate the successes under the “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” recovery initiative.

Families assisted by “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” will be available on site for interviews.
